Living with narcolepsy for 21 years, I’ve learned to manage a body that rarely cooperates. Fatigue, brain fog, and unpredictable energy dips are a part of my daily rhythm. After “living” half my life on multiple stimulant Rx’s, my 45th bday gifted new struggles, leaving me wanting more from my life.
