I am 44 and have noticed a massive difference in my quality of sleep, hot flashes, and the quality of my skin combined with the Aging Repair Cream. I'm feeling better downstairs as well... Not as dry in my private areas. I have progesterone due to my Mirena IUD. Apparently, the IUD is the way to go when your starting the perimenopausal phase.
